
B Squared Non-Marring Step Gauge with Digital Readout
Precision step height measurement
This non-marring step gauge is a handheld digital instrument designed to measure step heights, offsets, and surface transitions on machined and finished parts without damaging the surface. It uses left and right non-marring contact arms to span a step and a digital readout to display the height difference directly.
Two models are available: a standard digital version and an SPC-enabled version that allows measurement data to be transferred to a PC for statistical process control and inspection reporting.
The gauge supports standard, wide, and curved step measurements using interchangeable measuring arms supplied with the instrument.
