Handheld Ultrasonic Flow Meter – TUF-2000H Series
Description
The TUF-2000H Handheld Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a portable, clamp-on flow measurement system designed to measure the velocity and flow rate of liquids in closed pipes. Using non-contact ultrasonic transducers, the meter provides accurate flow measurement without cutting pipes, stopping the process, or causing pressure loss.
The clamp-on design makes the TUF-2000H ideal for temporary flow surveys, commissioning, troubleshooting, and verification of installed flow meters across a wide range of industries.
Key Advantages
Non-invasive clamp-on measurement – no pipe cutting or shutdown required
No pressure loss and no risk of leakage
Suitable for large pipe sizes and difficult materials
Fast installation for temporary or permanent measurements
Works with clean liquids and liquids containing small suspended particles
Features & Functions
Measures flow in pipes from DN15 to DN2000

Typical Applications
The TUF-2000H is suitable for almost any liquid flow measurement where non-contact installation is required, including:
Cooling and chilled water systems
Process water and plant utilities
Chemical and petrochemical processes
Wastewater and sewage systems
Oil and fuel lines
Beverage and food production
Ultra-pure and high-purity liquids
Because the transducers are mounted externally and contain no moving parts, the system is unaffected by pressure, fouling, or wear.
