Teknika Shipping Policy
All items will be carefully packaged or palletised and shipped via the most efficient and cost-effective method available. Shipping and handling times may differ depending on the packing needs, so please anticipate up to 5 business days for handling (potentially longer for freight items). All tracking details will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
Same day shipping policy
Request must be made by or before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
Not available for freight items or during high order volume
Not available for international sales due to export regulations
Package shipments
A contact name, current phone number, and company name are mandatory for all shipments. (We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.)
Each shipped item will include a tracking number.
International shipments will be handled exclusively through FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
For collect package shipments, please provide your FedEx, DHL, or UPS shipping account number.
Buyers can opt to use their own shipping account. If chosen, please contact us to adjust the invoice accordingly.
Freight shipments
For all shipments, a contact name, current phone number, and company name are mandatory. (We do not ship to PO Boxes.).
Due to equipment sensitivity, freight shipments will be insured for the full purchase price with air-ride (AS-IS items excluded).
Shipping charges and dimensions will be communicated within 1-3 business days after purchase, prior to invoicing.
Please inform us if home freight delivery or a lift-gate is needed, as additional charges may apply.
Fees for pallets, crating, and/or barrier bags may apply when necessary for shipment.
You have the option to arrange your own transportation; accurate freight dimensions will be provided. Air-ride shipping (AS-IS items excluded) and Declared Value insurance are required.
International orders may incur duties, taxes, or other import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If your shipment is held at customs in the destination country, you will be responsible for any associated fees, documentation, and transportation.
